Our training courses are organized and executed with the partnership of American Petroleum Institute (API-U) approved provider in East Malaysia. The training courses is conducted in 3 Stages;

Stage 1- Trained against API-U FMJIT Training Standards JIT 10/18/19

• Basic Entry Level for Bolting Technicians

 

Stage 2- Work Based Task History (WBTH)

• Practice / Consolidation of learning

• Competency / Supervisor Level

Stage 3-API-U Technical Tests

• TJIT 10 : Inspect, Dismantle, Assemble and Hand Torque Flanged Joints

• TJIT 18 : Inspect, Dismantle, Assemble and Hydraulically Tension Flanged Joints

• TJIT 19 : Inspect, Dismantle, Assemble and Hydraulically Torque Flanged Joints

We focusing by means of training the engineer/technician/fitter for installation on flange-jointed bolting area to ensure the compliances of highest standard of joint integrity during dismantling & assembly tasks.

With the establishment of Joint Integrity Management service accompanying with API-U accredited competence JIT Team, we shall be able to deliver at highest standard of total sealing solution and assuring zero-leaks strategy.
